As a Holistic Health Consultant, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are, my job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for you.

A true, holistic approach to health and fitness incorporates movement, physical activity and exercise. Listening to your unique lifestyle and fitness goals, a program is designed specifically for your individual exercise training needs. Starting with a private consultation and a conversation we develop your new exercise and fitness routine to work on managing your weight, managing your stress and improving your energy, strength, health, fitness, and your life. As your personal fitness trainer and a holistic health counselor I work with you to find your unique program.
